Terms & Conditions


Restaurant Booking Terms & Conditions – Kahaani Camphill

1. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation via call, WhatsApp, or email from our team.

2. Advance Payment
For certain bookings (large groups, special events, or peak days), an advance payment may be required to secure the reservation. The booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance is received.

3. Arrival Time & Holding Policy
We request guests to arrive on time.

  • Tables will be held for a maximum of 15–20 minutes beyond the reserved time.

  • Delayed arrivals beyond this window may result in cancellation or reassignment of the table.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the reservation time may be eligible for a refund (if any advance is paid).

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the advance amount.

  • Refund timelines (if applicable) may take 5–7 working days.

5. Group Bookings

  • Groups above a certain size (e.g., 10+ guests) may be required to opt for a set menu or prior order confirmation.

  • Final guest count must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (decorations, seating preferences, dietary needs), but these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Outside Food & Decorations

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

  • Any external decorations or arrangements must be approved in advance.

8. Conduct & Responsibility
Guests are expected to maintain decorum. Kahaani Camphill reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking in case of inappropriate behavior.

9. Pricing & Taxes
All menu prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per government regulations.

10. Liability
Kahaani Camphill is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the visit.

11. Changes to Terms
Kahaani Camphill reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
